Which Masters and Teachers taught me the most?

Updated: Feb 2, 2022

I grow up reading Siddharta and ancient Chinese tales like " The monkey King", actually first book read, they all have the same and main message, be humble first and take care of the less unfortunate.

Gandhi, always fought for the freedom of its people he fought for their beauty, simplicity, talent, hard work and their dreams to come true. Dalai Lama spreads the word all over the world about the healing of the heart and cultivating compassionate. Buddha and the Bodhisattvas the power to release all sentient beings from suffering.

Many people crossed my path to teach me something sometimes through love other times through suffering. After all is from suffering that we learn the biggest lessons of our life.

One of my teachers once told me " I´m going to help you, come to my classes" - I practice all her classes almost everyday, she showed me tools and ways for my own personal healing, as I was dedicated more to her practice, new possibilities in my life start to reveal, and I saw a new light brightening my way and showing me new doors to be open.
