I AM NEW TO YOGA. DO YOU HAVE ANY RECOMMENDATIONS FOR A BEGINNER?
While beginning a yoga practice may be exciting and you may want to try various poses you've seen, please remember that your yoga practice is much more than just the physical aspect and isn't about perfecting poses. It's important to listen to your own body and adjust your practice to suit your mood, body, and emotional state (even when the ego tries to do otherwise!) Do not do anything that hurts or feels painful; this may mean easing out of a pose, trying a different variation of a pose that your body is happy with, as well as experimenting with available props.
WHICH OF YOUR CLASSES IS BEST SUITED FOR ME?
If you are first time trying yoga, we will start with basic postures, and I recommend the use of 2 blocks to create support and stability to your practice. If you are looking to work more towards your mind and would like to understand and learn more about what is meditation and how to meditate, I will provide the necessary techniques and tools to achieve those mindfulness states. I´m always willing to speak before and listening to your needs and goals to be able to offer the best practices for your soul healing and path.
