By bringing yoga directly to you, Carolina creates group sessions to be uniquely tailored to your needs and schedule. My Group Session integrates yoga poses (asanas) breathwork ( pranayama), meditation techniques (mantras, shatkarmas, drishtis,...) removal of senses techniques (pratyahara ) sound healing therapy as part of my holistic technique.
